We have various hotels in St. Anton, which are located very close together.

They can certainly vary regarding

• arrival day (Friday Earlybirds or Saturday)
• incl. dining or breakfast only (garni)
• category (4* or 3*) 
• style (typical or modern)

Please select accommodation based upon your preferences. If the registration system do not offer your preferences anymore please select the second best and let us know your wishes (use free text boxes in hotel registration page)

 

We will try to meet your preferences but can not guarantee it, if we have to move some participants in order to fill up our capacity of available beds.

 

After your initial booking and before the event takes place you will be able to change your hotel preference as far as beds in other hotels are still available. We will publish hotel lists early enough to make this optimisation exercise (incl. room sharing) as convenient as possible for you.

 

We have to split the group across more than one hotels otherwise we would not be able to offer enough beds and availability regarding your different arrival and category requests. One complication we need to accomodate is that St. Anton is nearly completely booked by ORF.. the Austrian BBC until Saturday.

To avoid any trouble with our hotels and yourself

• please understand that changeover between hotels during the event will be limited to the minimum.
• Please don't contact any hotels directly. We manage relationship and consolidate all informations.

This is a multi hotel event, just like we did before in Hintertux 2009. We will take this into account in our timetable planning and ensure that there is sufficient time where everybody is together at defined meeting areas, so it really does not matter if you sit together for breakfast (3x) and dinner (2x).
