We are looking forward to start our Oktoberfest weekend together with you on Friday evening. We have decided on a "Biergarden"-program that ensures a real Bavarian kick-off. We will meet at Hofbräukeller at the Wiener Platz. You can either start with us right from the beginning or join us later when the evening goes on.  

 

For planning and reservation purpose, please send us a note if you are interested in the Friday evening program or not.  If you are interested, please let us know when you will arrive at the Hofbräukeller: "07:30pm" OR "08:30pm" OR  "I will join later"

Only people who registrate via Email till Friday 9th of September have a "fixed" place in the biergarden. As its Oktoberfest-time the biergarden reservation needs to be accurate and seats will be given to other people if we dont show up as mentioned in the reservation (sorry not our bad ;) ). We would appreciate if you update your friday-evening-status within your registration as well. mailto:advisory.events@de.pwc.com

Currently there is a long waiting list for Saturday Armbrustschützenzelt. Unfortunately we won't be able to offer a seat in Armbrustschützenzelt to all of you. If you are interested to spend Saturday with us anyhow, we recommend that you walk to the "Oide Wiesn" in the meantime. We will join you there later or meet with you somewhere else at Oktoberfest (place still tbd; at approximately 4pm).

The "Oide Wiesn" is kind of a successor of the "Historische Wiesn" which was established for the 200th anniversary year (2010) and turned out to be a great success.
