Cancellation Policy
(All of the following require written notification.)  In the event of cancellation, the registrant has three options:

1.) He or she may substitute another registrant being from the same company for this conference.
2.) He or she may transfer this registration to the Open Source Business Conference 2012.
3.) The registration fee will be refunded, less a $250 service charge.
