An exhibitor who is planning to include a vehicle on their stand must notify the Organisers their intentions no later than 28 days prior to commencement of the exhibition. You will be given a specific arrival and departure time to move the vehicle on and off the stand. Details of the delivery together with details of the fuel and fuel capacity, dimensions and weight of the vehicle must be provided. Upon arrival a set of keys must be supplied to the Organiser’s Office for the duration of
the event. PCEC Security retains the right to inspect any vehicle leaving the premises after unloading/loading before, during and after the exhibition.

The fuel tank of all vehicles displayed at the PCEC must contain a full tank of fuel only and be free of leaks. Failure to comply with this will result in the vehicle being refused entry. Drip trays are a requirement for all vehicles displayed within the venue as well as a fire extinguisher to be located on the stand for the duration of the exhibition.
