Exhibitors with newsworthy stories and items of interest should contact the Organisers and wherever possible information will be incorporated into press releases for circulation to relevant sections of the media.
Visitor Promotion
The visitor campaign includes advertising in major Australian trade publications and direct mail to specially researched lists. An extensive public relations programme is being launched to obtain maximum pre-show publicity and exhibition previews. To obtain maximum benefit from the visitor campaign exhibitors should advise the markets they believe the Organisers should target when marketing the exhibition.
Promotion by Exhibitors
Exhibitors are encouraged to advertise their presence in the event. The compound effect of all exhibitors supporting the promotional efforts of the Organisers will benefit the whole show. The show logo can be used in your own pre-exhibition advertising to focus attention on your participation in the exhibition. Exhibitors who are planning a media campaign advertising their presence at the exhibition, and who wish to coincide their advertising with the Organisers pre-show publicity are invited to contact the Organisers for a schedule of planned media activity.
Please Note: To ensure that all media personnel are provided with complete details of the show and are given priority access to the show, exhibitors are requested to advise the Organisers of any media coverage they have independently arranged at the event.
