Neither the PCEC nor the Organisers will accept delivery of any goods, packages or other material on behalf of exhibitors, nor will the Organisers accept responsibility for the safety or well-being of any such items delivered to the site in the absence of the exhibitor, his/her agent or contractor. Deliveries for space only stands can be made no earlier than 12pm Sunday 20 February 2011 and for shell scheme stands 2pm Monday 21 February 2011.

Goods delivered prior to 12pm Sunday 20 February will not be accepted or held by the venue.

We highly suggest you use the official freight company, Agility Fairs & Events – who deliver to the venue over the weekend move in period. They offer a door to stand service to all exhibitors.

Please note deliveries are not permitted during exhibition open hours.
