Exhibitors may enter the venue up to two hours before opening each day.
All stands must be completed and ready by 11am on Wednesday 23 February.
Please note the Organisers reserve the right to alter the hours of admission and access.
MOVE IN INFORMATION
Space Only Build Up
These access times are for custom stand builders and contractors only.
Access for stand dressing materials and product is strictly from 2pm on Monday.
Exhibitor Move In
All stands must be completely dressed and all rubbish removed from the premises by 10pm on Tuesday.
No access will be given for stand build on the opening morning.
All exhibitors who will require access to the loading dock must book a time through Agility Fairs & Events.

MOVE OUT INFORMATION
Shell Scheme Exhibitors & Space Only Product Removal
Space Only & Contractor Move Out
Removal of product from stands will commence at 4:30pm on 25 February, 30 minutes after the close of the exhibition (subject to halls being cleared of visitors). Exhibitors are advised to remove all valuables and portables at this time.
Shell Scheme exhibitors must be completely moved out by 10pm on Friday 25 February.
We ask that for safety and efficiency reasons that your contractors does not commence stand, flooring or rigging dismantle until 6:30pm after the majority of shell exhibitors have moved out. This initiative will ease congestion on the loading dock and inside the halls.
Please note, delays are often experienced on the loading dock during build up and break down.
Space Only Stands are to be dismantled and removed by 6pm on Saturday 26 February. In the interest of security, all valuable, portable items and stand dressing materials must be removed by 10pm on Friday 25 February. Only stand building materials may be removed on Saturday.
If you are not able to remove all of your product or stand dressing materials by 10pm on Friday, please contact the Organiser.
