Where and when will this event be held?
The NetApp Innovation Awards Event will take place on Wednesday, May 26 and Thursday, May 27,
2010, at the Hotel Valencia in San Jose, California and the NetApp corporate headquarters in
Sunnyvale, California.

What time will the event start and how long will it run?
We will kick-off the event with a welcome reception at Hotel Valencia on Wednesday, May 26, 2010
at 5:00-6:30 p.m.

I submitted my request for airline flights, what happens now?
Our travel team will be contacting you to confirm your requested flight. Please keep in mind that we
will do everything possible to accommodate your flight preferences, but cannot guarantee it.
If you have not heard back from the travel team within 24 hours, please contact them by phone or

Arrangements for ground transportation will be made based on your flight information, provided
you have indicated that you would like ground transportation on your registration.

I submitted my request for hotel and ground transportation, what happens now?
Our travel team will be contacting you to confirm your hotel and ground transportation per your

Will transportation be provided once I arrive in Sunnyvale?
NetApp will arrange for your round-trip ground transportation between the airport, the Hotel Valencia,
and the event activities.

You will have the opportunity to request your ground transportation during the reservation process. 
A travel representative will contact you to confirm your details prior to your arrival in Sunnyvale.

What do I do if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
You will receive a full itinerary once your travel arrangements have been confirmed.

What if I live locally, and don’t need a hotel or flight?
Please just indicate “No” for flights and hotel on the registration form. If you will be driving to
the NetApp Innovation Awards events, visitor parking is available at the NetApp campus. You can
