NetApp will pay for your hotel accommodations for up to two nights at Hotel Valencia on May 26 and
May 27. Incidental charges are the responsibility of the guest.

You will have the opportunity to request your hotel accommodations during the registration process.

FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS

NetApp will arrange and provide a round-trip, coach-class flight for customers, judges and select
partners attending the event. Based on information you provide during the registration process, a
travel representative will contact you to confirm and book your flight. Please note that changes to
your travel plans after tickets have been issued may result in penalty charges and possible increase in
airfare and will be the responsibility of the ticket holder. We will attempt to accommodate your flight
preferences but cannot guarantee it.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

NetApp will arrange for your round-trip ground transportation between the airport, Hotel Valencia, and
NetApp Innovation Award activities.

 

You will have the opportunity to request your ground transportation during the registration process. A
travel representative will contact you to confirm your details prior to your arrival in Sunnyvale.
