Hotel reservations for the conference should be made directly with the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa. We have negotiated a room rate of $250 single/double, plus tax. The rate is good for three days pre- and post conference, based on space availability. To receive this rate, you must make your reservation by January 6, 2012. Reservations received after this date will be accepted at the hotel's prevailing rate. To avoid a one night's room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least three (3) days prior to scheduled arrival.All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
