PRICE DESCRIPTION

• $599 per person before January 15, 2013
• $799 per person after January 15, 2013

Pre-Conference Programs:

• Physician Pre-Conference Session: $99 per physician attendee
• CFO Pre-Conference Session: $99 per attendee

 

 

In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, MedAxiom will refund the registration fee in full but is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs you may incur.

Cancellation policy: All attendee cancellations on or before March 1, 2013 are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2013 are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Please contact us with questions.
