Gordon J. Feeney

Retired Deputy Chairman of RBC Financial Group, Gord Feeney has led a distinguished 42-year career in the financial industry. He was Chairman of Canada Post Corporation (2004-2007) and is currently Chairman of Rainsford Lane Prestige Properties as well as a Director at Davis and Henderson. In addition, Mr. Feeney is the Honorary Consul for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and serves on several community boards. He understands first-hand the impact effective recognition practices can have on reducing employee turnover and increasing employee motivation. His leadership and insight will guide us in reaching our goals for the future
 
Moya M. Greene

Ms. Moya M. Greene has been the Chief Executive of Royal Mail Holdings Plc and Royal Mail Group plc since July 2010. Ms. Greene serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of EPO Inc. She served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canada Post Corporation from April 2005 to 2010. She has experience in the upper echelons of the Canadian federal public service. She has a strong track record in strategic planning, complex negotiation and relationship ... building. She has also a strong public sector background. Ms. Greene served as Senior Vice President, Operational Effectiveness of Bombardier Inc. until December 17, 2004. She held senior roles at companies including TD Bank. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Retail Products of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce from 2000 to 2003. Ms. Greene served as Senior officer of three of Canada's largest multinational companies, first in banking and financial services, where she served as Managing Director of Infrastructure Finance and Public Private Partnership of TD Securities Inc. from 1996 to 2000. She spent the first part of her career in Ottawa where, over a 17-year period, she assumed progressively senior roles in seven different Ministries of the federal public service. She started her public service career in 1979 and served as an Immigration Adjudicator, and moved from there to take on senior policy positions first in the Department of Labour, and subsequently in the Privy Council Office, where she held the senior policy position, responsible for transportation. From 1989 to 1991, she served as Director, General Policy for Human Resources and Social Development, Canada. Ms. Greene has managed a number of difficult federal-provincial files and served as Director of Inter-Provincial Affairs in the Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs and later in the Office of Federal -Provincial Relations. Over the course of her public service career, she was responsible for large and complex strategies often involving difficult multi-national files and a wide array of competing sectoral interests. Ms. Greene served as Assistant Deputy Minister of Policy in the Department of Transportation, Canada. from 1991 to 1996 and was responsible for broad reform of the over-burdened transportation system; the privatization of CN; the deregulation of the Canadian airline industry; and the commercialization of the Canadian port system. As Director-General of Policy, she led the effort to overhaul the Unemployment Insurance System. She has been a Director of Tim Hortons Inc. since February 19, 2008. She serves as a Director of Canada Post Corporation and has been a Director of Royal Mail Group plc since July 15, 2010. She served as a Director of Purolator Courier Ltd. She is considered as a strong strategic leader. She was recognized in 2003 by the National Post newspaper as one of Canada's Top 100 influential women and in 2004 by the Ivey School of Business/Women's Executive Network as one of the top 40 female corporate executives in Canada. Ms. Greene is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland and Osgoode Law School.

Michael Rose

Michael Rose is an independent reward consultant through his company - Rewards Consulting Limited (www.rewardsconsulting.co.uk). Michael’s corporate HR and Reward roles have been in Financial Services, most recently as Director of Total Rewards for Aon covering 16,000 people in the UK and EMEA. Michael also has nearly 10 years experience as a reward consultant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen. He worked with clients across all sectors and in many countries in a very wide range of reward and broader HR projects. Michael has an MA in HRM, is a Companion of the CIPD, an Associate of the CII and a Fellow of the RSA. He was Vice President Reward for the CIPD 2006-2008 and was voted Compensation and Benefits Professional of the year for 2009 by Employee Benefits Magazine. Michael writes and speaks extensively on Reward and HR issues. His first book, Recognising Performance, was published by the CIPD in 2001 and reprinted in 2003. Michael’s new book – A Guide to Non-cash Reward was published by Kogan Page in February this year.
