The Heart Foundation has Australia’s largest network of community-based walking groups with over 18,000 active members and more than 1,200 free walking groups throughout the country. Helping you access health professionals
The Heart Foundation provides free health advice to all Australians through our Health Information Service. You can call or email our team of qualified health professionals for help with understanding heart health and the risk factors, such as high blood pressure and cholesterol.
