The programme for the Sustainable Business Summit has been condensed into the day of Monday, April 22nd, and will be open by invitation only.
The more complete 2 day programme will be rescheduled in early 2014.

WELCOME
 
Welcome to the website of the Sustainable Business Summit, which will take place in Dublin from the 22 - 23 April 2013.
 
The first day of this two-day collaborative programme is being organised by the Economic Development Unit of Dublin City Council and the IWA National Committee, to address the topics of CleanTech and the Water-Energy Nexus. This event will commence in the Civic Offices of Dublin City Council, Woodquay Venue.
 
On the following day, the IWA National Committee, with support from Dublin City Council and Enterprise Ireland, is organising a programme of events at Clontarf Castle, to continue to address the EU Presidency themes of economic growth, job creation and sustainability for all delegates attending from EU and EFTA Member States.
 
This summit will run over 2 days, from Monday to Tuesday, and will address the inextricably linked topics of:
  • Cleantech / Green Business
  • Water Energy Nexus
  • Developing and Implementing Sustainable Sectoral Policies
  • Urban Focus- Smart Green Cities
  • Infrastructure & Regulatory Framework
  • Framework for Sustainable Business
  • Panel: Sustainable Priorities for the Future

The topics will be addressed at Member State and EU level and will bring all relevant EU stakeholders and interested parties together for a mutual exchange of knowledge and ideas in relation to the exploration of a future sustainable road map for EU “Emerging from Austerity”.
