Martin Hurst, Training Services Manager, Toddington International Inc.

Based in Vancouver, BC, Martin Hurst is the Training Services Manager at Toddington International Inc (TII). A highly regarded and experienced Social Media investigative specialist, Internet Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) instructor and a dedicated member of the Toddington International team, Martin is responsible for the ongoing development of a variety of training programs, and the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.

With a solid background as a front-line police officer, a gang-specialized probation officer and high-risk client social worker, Martin brings a broad range of skills to his current role. Drawing on his work in both private and public sector Law Enforcement, Government and Non-Profit Social Services over the past 15 years, Martin provides consultation to a variety of police agencies pertaining to OSINT, Social Media investigations and effective Internet investigative techniques. Martin has provided

consultation to the US Department of Homeland Security, The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the US Department of Justice, the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, and a host of municipal police agencies throughout Canada. A sought after lecturer and trainer for many private sector organizations and public sector agencies, Martin regularly instructs at the Canadian Police College and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Pacific Regional Training Centre (PRTC) in addition to providing in-house training events for a variety of multinational corporations.
