Canadian Geriatric Society
Geriatrics Residents’ and Fellows’ Job Fair
Thursday April 18, 2013
Marriot Eaton Centre, Toronto
Bay Room, 16:30-17:00

If you are a member of a not-for-profit organization with a potential job opportunity for physicians with specialized training in geriatrics, please join us on April 18, 2013 for the Geriatric Residents’ and Fellows’ Job Fair. Tables will be available for display of informational materials, and representatives can mingle with residents who are keen to learn more about future practice opportunities.

In conjunction with the 33rd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Canadian Geriatrics Society, a National Education Day has been organized for 40-50 geriatric medicine residents and care of the elderly fellows from across Canada. This will take place on April 18th, 2013.  As part of this event, a job fair is being organized from 16:30-17:00 to expose trainees to potential job opportunities after graduation.

Participation in this event presents an ideal opportunity for healthcare organizations to recruit for current vacancies and increase profile amongst future geriatrics specialists. Non-profit organizational representatives who have registered for the Meeting are eligible to participate (minimum one day registration required). If space is limited, priority will be given to CGS members who have registered for the full meeting.

The registration deadline for this event has been extended to April 12, 2013. Send your completed form in to participate in a great recruitment opportunity! Please note that even if you are unable to send an onsite representative on April 18th, you may register for the purpose of disseminating information about your job opportunities.

To confirm your participation please complete the registration form and email or fax to Joye St. Onge!
