How To Pay
If you or your organisation would prefer to arrange payment by bank transfer, please select the invoice payment method. You will be required to provide the billing name, company and address for the invoice, you will also have the opportunity to provide a purchase order or reference number. Please ensure that your delegate reference number is provided with the payment so we can allocate the funds to your registration. Please note that full payment must be received before the start of the conference.
If you would prefer to pay by credit card, please select this payment method. You will be required to provide your card details and registered address. Please note that details on your credit card statement may appear as Worldspan rather than ASPiH. We accept the following card types:

Completion of the registration information signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below:- By completing this registration you are consenting to your personal information being passed onto relevant parties involved with this conference. If you do not wish to receive future correspondence from us or other parties involved in this conference, regarding future events or developments please contact aspih@worldspan.co.uk.
- The registration fees may only be paid in GBP£ irrespective of your country of origin. Registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions hosted by ASPiH.
- Travel to the conference and accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.
- Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard) or bank transfer in GBP£ only. All payments must be made prior to the start of the Conference.
- Cancellation policy for registration – a refund of previously paid registration fees will be made as follows - Notification in writing by 25th February 2013: a 50% refund; Notification after 25th February 2013: no refund can be given.
- This contract is governed by UK law.
- When paying via credit card a merchant fee of 3.5% of the entire invoice (processing fee) will be incurred.
