As an Epicure Consultant, you qualify for a special nightly rate at two hotels within walking distance of the event. To receive this rate, you must book by June 26, 2015. Please ask for the "Epicure group rate" when booking.

What You Need to Know
Please register for Conference before making hotel reservations.
There is limited availability on these rates.You may reserve a maximum of two rooms to help ensure all Consultants can be accommodated.
If you cancel your reservation after June 30, 2015 you will be charged for one night’s accommodation.
You will need a valid credit card to secure your reservation.
Directors and above
Directors who qualify for complimentary accommodation** should not reserve hotel rooms as the Events Team will be taking care of their arrangements after registration. Directors will stay at the Westin Montreal.
**Directors and above will receive complimentary hotel accommodation at Conference following their first-time promotion. From then on, Directors and above will be required to qualify as a Director and above twice in the year preceding Conference and still hold the recognized title of Director or above for one full month prior to Conference.
