Conference Registration Fee
Full Conference
Registration is £1,550 for Non-Members or £1,150 for LBMA Members. This includes entry into the Sunday Welcome
Reception, Two Day Conference, Monday Dinner, lunch on Monday and Tuesday, coffee breaks and materials.
LBMA Members & Associates and SNMPE Members are required to use a discount code when registering online to receive the reduced rate. Please contact conference@lbma.org.uk for a discount code or if you require further information. If you cannot register online you can complete a registration form. We have the registration form in English format and Spanish format.

Forum ONLY Registration
Forum only Registration is £650 for Non-Members
and £450 for RJC Members. This includes entry into the Responsible Gold Forum sessions on Tuesday only, lunch and coffee breaks and materials, and does not include any other Conference events such as social events and sessions.

Please be aware that Conference registrations are separate to hotel reservations. You can reserve your hotel room here, or you can register for the Conference using the 'New Registration' link above. Hotel reservations are not confirmed until Conference registration fees have been paid.
Partner Registration Fee
Partner Registration is £190. This gains entry to social events on Sunday and Monday only. Please note that a partner is either a wife, husband or spouse and not a business partner.
Credit Card Payments Only
LBMA now only accepts credit cards as a method of payment for conference fees. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please contact conference@lbma.org.uk for assistance. Please note that until payment is received, you will not be registered for the LBMA Conference.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before 26th September 2014 will be refunded less an administrative charge of 20%. We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted thereafter. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. In the unlikely event of the Conference being cancelled, any delegate registration fees will be refunded in full less any credit card charges.
