Peru is a country made up of archaeological ruins with lots of history, culture and not forgetting Llamas. What better way to unwind after the conference and attend one of the tours, which all depart from Lima. You will have the opportunity to visit some of Peru’s most iconic sites such as Machu Picchu or the Sacred Valley of the Inca. You will stay in some of the finest hotels on land or if you choose to cruise down the Amazon, you will stay on a luxury wood-panelled riverboat.

1. Highlights of Peru - 3 Days

Sacred Valley - Cusco

2. Best of Peru - 5 Days

As well as encountering the same experience as the 3 day tour, you will also visit the Sacred Valley of the Inca called Urubamba Valley, situated in Cusco. Here the altitude is lower than Cusco city. As you continue onto Awanakancha, home to where Llamas are bred, you will have the opportunity to interact with the locals including Llamas. You can learn about the fabrics and the ancient weaving techniques that are still used today. Enjoy a spot of lunch whilst the Peruvian Paso Horses do a display. Pacaya Samiria Reserve
3. Trip to the Amazon - 5 Days

If you would like to experience something a bit different and want to sit back and relax, why not take a trip on the DELFIN II riverboat through the deepest depths of the Amazon. This unique trip will take you to the most remote parts of the Amazon. From Lima you will fly to Iquitos then head towards Nauta where you will embark upon the DELFIN II, where you will be taken to your luxurious wood panelled cabin. You will visit native village Pacaya Samiria Reserve, a remote 5 million acre forest, you will hike, you can experience canoeing in the lagoon, swim with dolphins, see wildlife and nature at its best and you may even get to see the smallest monkey in the world. Final destination is Pacaya River. As you hike through the tropical rainforest you will experience the beauty of the trees, some reaching up to 55 metres tall.
