Registration Options

Full Registration

Your choice of sessions; entrance to the Trade Show; meals and coffee breaks; attendance at the complimentary events.

With banquet ticket: You're invited to the reception, dinner and dance party on Saturday, November 15. When registering online, you can select a preferred banquet seat during the registration process.

Single-Day Registration

Friday, Saturday or Sunday: your choice of sessions, meals and breaks; attendance at the complimentary events.

With banquet ticket: You're invited to the reception, dinner and dance party on Saturday, November 15. When registering online, you can select a preferred banquet seat using our interactive floor plan.

Emerging Professional Registration

Are you a staff person who is under the age of 30 and has never been to an ONPHA conference, or a full-time student of any age whose study has a housing focus?

We would like to invite you to attend this year's conference at a reduced rate - $300 without banquet ticket. Contact us at 1-800-297-6660 ext 126 or conference@onpha.org for the discount code.

Enhance your conference

Guest pass ($250 plus HST)

Purchase a guest pass for the guest you are bringing to the conference. The guest pass will give them access to all conference meals, breaks, and complimentary events. The pass does NOT include the banquet ticket or conference sessions.

Banquet ticket for guests ($80 each plus HST)

Extra banquet tickets can be purchased for your guests. When registering online, we will assign your guest to be seated next to you if a ticket is purchased.

Networking dinner ($50 each plus HST)

Meet colleagues from across the province to talk about shared interests and learn from one another.

Education day sessions

Pre-conference education day sessions on Thursday, November 13 must be purchased in addition to the conference registration.

All meals and breaks are provided to full-day and some for half-day courses.

Session prices and registration details are available in the Education Day section. When registering online, you will be prompted to select Education Day sessions.

Group Registration discount after early bird

Missed the early bird deadline? Send five or more delegates to the conference this year to receive the early bird rate for each registration after the early bird deadline.

Easy steps to register online:

  1. Login online registration with your ONPHA username and password

    Don't have an ONPHA account?

    Contact us to sign up for a new account or resolve username and password issues at conference@onpha.org or 1-800-297-6660 ext 126

  2. Select your registration option
  3. Select sessions and events
  4. Select options for your guest(s), if applicable
  5. Select your banquet seat, if applicable
  6. Select a payment method and make the payment

For online group registration

You will have the option to register your colleagues, tenants or board members through the online registration system.

Here's how:

  1. For you: you will need your ONPHA username and password to start the registration process
  2. Once you select all the applicable options in the registration process, you will be prompted with the option to register others
  3. For others: you will need their ONPHA member's email addresses to start the group registration process

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A refund, minus a processing fee of $75, will be provided for cancellations received in writing no later than October 27, 2014. No refunds will be given after October 27, 2014. Substitutions are permitted at no cost. Contact us for cancellation or substitutions.
