Registration cancellation and refund policy

A refund, minus a processing fee of $75, will be provided for cancellations received in writing no later than October 27, 2014. No refunds will be given after October 27, 2014. Substitutions are permitted at no cost. Please contact us at conference@onpha.org for cancellation or substitutions.

Privacy policy

The information collected on your registration will be used by ONPHA for conference-only purposes. For more details on our privacy policy, please click here.

Stay connected with fellow delegates, sponsors and exhibitors after the conference. People you meet may offer the resources needed for your next project. If you would like to be included in the conference delegate list, please be sure to select this option in the online registration form.

Green policy

ONPHA is committed to reducing its carbon footprint at the conference. The registration guide is distributed electronically and can also be accessed with our conference app. Similarly, workshop handouts will be available online and not printed for distribution at the conference. This will help us save paper and eliminate the footprint that goes into print production.

Some conference events will be 100 per cent powered with renewable energy through Bullfrog Power. We have also requested recycling bins in all rooms, will avoid the use of disposable dishes and will serve most beverages from pitchers instead of individual bottles.

Scent policy

To make the conference accessible to people with chemical sensitivities and/or environmental illnesses, conference delegates are asked to limit their use of scented products as much as possible.
