Immersion classes will run all day on Monday, September 8.  When booking travel, attendees participating in an Immersion Class should plan to arrive either Sunday night or before 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning.

Designer Training

This one-day class for Distribution Designers (aka Stakers) focuses on using StakeOut. This class is a great opportunity to train new employees and provides a refresher for more experienced users. Attendees will learn Tips and Tricks to design more efficiently and how to take advantage of new features in WorkStudio 8.  All participants will receive our Best Practices Plan & Profile Sheet to bring home.

The Work Search capabilities introduced in WorkStudio 8 allow utilities to more easily monitor work in progress and summarize performance. The first half of the day will cover using WorkStudio’s data model to create searches for jobs, stations and units. The second half of the day will cover more advanced topics to bring in data from external sources and show users how to create summaries and charts that can be exported and shared.
