Registration
will be available at the following times:
Friday 23rd October: 4.00pm – 9.00pm I
Venue: South Otago Town and Country Club, 1 Yarmouth St, Balclutha. The
registration desk will be located in the foyer area to the Matau Room.
Saturday 24th October: 1.00pm – 4.00pm I Venue: Balclutha School, Lanark Street, Balclutha.
The registration desk will be located in the Balclutha School main office
entrance, signs will be on pavement.
Balclutha School Full Ticket
The person who registers will be the main ticket
holder and can buy additional tickets for functions. Everybody is welcome to
attend the Saturday open school; however the only full ticket holder can
participate in the Jubilee photography. If you want to attend
this you need to register as a Balclutha School Full Ticket.

Tickets to functions
Friday Meet and Greet $20.00pp ( ticket holder can book 2 extra tickets)
Saturday Dine and Dance $45.00pp (ticket holder can book 2 extra tickets)
Sunday Church and Service and BBQ $20.00pp (ticket holder can book 2 extra tickets)
Information : We will ask for the years you have been associated with the school (decade) and also what your school connection was.

You will be able to order group photos on the day

Cancellation Fee
Only the ticket holder can cancel ticket /s to any event. To do this email convene@dcms.co.nz prior to the 13th October, and a full refund will be made. After this date no refund will be given.
