Greet
Time: 5.30pm - 9.30pm

This will include continuous finger food, a cash bar and tea and coffee.
Decade photos will be displayed in the hall on Friday and Saturday.
Attendees are invited to bring photos, send us photos or scan and email them to us.
Saturday 24th October 2015
Open School
Time: 1pm - 4pm
Venue: Balclutha School
The School is open for attendees to view and relive old
memories, see what school is like
or today's students.
Jubilee cake cutting: Oldest and youngest pupil attending (a
slice will be served at the
dinner)
To keep the talking comfortable continuous tea will be available - served in the school hall
Group and decade photos will be taken. Orders and payment will be taken on the day.
Dine
and Dance
Time: 6.30pm - 11.30pm
Venue: South
Otago Town and Country Club, 1 Yarmouth St, Balclutha
The Balclutha Memorial Hall will be decorated in Jubilee style and the evening will take the
form of a DINE and DANCE. So pack the dancing shoes you might get a
dance with that old
flame (knees permitting)
A three course buffet meal, complimentary drink as you arrive and a cash bar.
There will be entertainment, a surprise or two
on the stage , music for dancing (after the
dessert) and many photos to be taken.

Following a service will be BBQ at the school organised by the current PTA
