You are advised that visitors are not permitted to bring personal luggage into the NCI Agency The Hague Building. In the event that you do not wish to store luggage in your hotel, you have the option of using a storage facility which can be found in the Agency’s car park. Please be advised that if you choose to use this facility it will be at your own risk and NCI Agency cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of personal belongings.

Briefcases and handbags may be taken into NCI Agency. However, such bags should have a label identifying the owner. Contents will be checked by the guards.

ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
Visitors who wish to bring electronic equipment into the NCI Agency building, the equipment form should be completed. The form should be hand carried along with the equipment and will be signed off by the NCI Agency guards during the check-in procedure.
