Accommodation
Hotel reservations can be requested during the registration process where you can also find the NCI Agency negotiated rates and additional hotel information. Please note that this is only a request for accommodation, a confirmation will be forwarded to you within 48 hours. Credit card details are only required to guarantee hotel reservations for late arrival.
N.B. If you make your own hotel arrangements, you will not be entitled to the NCI Agency negotiated rate or shuttle service if provided.
NCI Agency does not accept any liability regarding costs i.e. no shows, late cancellations, early departures.
Currency
Money changing facilities are not available at the Agency and you are strongly advised to bring Euros with you.
Dress Code
The dress for participants in this meeting is civilian business attire/military uniform.
Food and beverage
There is a restaurant facility and coffee bar available on site.
Parking Restrictions
NCI Agency The Hague has a limited parking facility for visitors. Therefore, visitors will only be able to park inside or near the NCI Agency compound on a first come, first serve basis.
