Sunday Sep 20: 1 – 4 pm. Workstation orientation: 20 cases

5 cases: coronary artery (AAOCA, ALCAPA, stenosis s/p ASO, KD, coronary fistula)
5 cases: biventricular circulation (TOF, TGA, s/p atrial/arterial switch, s/p Rastelli, CC-TGA)  
5 cases: shunt lesions: (ASD, VSD, ductal dependent CHD)
5 cases: single ventricle (neonatal single V, s/p Norwood/Sano, s/p Glenn, s/p Fontan)

September 21-23^rd

FORMAT: show complex CHD cases where CCT imaging helped in decision making. Cases presentation to include

1.  clinical scenario ad prior diagnostics,

2.  clinical indication for CT and details of acquisition

3. CT findings

4. Surgical decision-making discussion

5. post op course and/or imaging if available.

8:10 – 8:20 Dr. Han: the evolving role of CCT imaging in planning complex CHD intervention (Imager perspective 10 minutes)

8:20 – 8:30 Dr Overman & Hussain: the evolving role of CCT imaging in planning complex CHD intervention (surgeon perspective 10 minutes)

8:30 – 10:30 Case presentations (2.0 hours: 5 cases/Coronary)

10:30 – 10:45 break 

10:45 – 12:00 Case presentations (1.2 hours: 3 cases/Bi-ventricular vs Single V)

12:00 – 1:00 lunch

1 – 2:30 program building with program administrators (guided discussion)

1– 1:45 – institution case presentations on cross sectional imaging program building (5 minutes per site – general overview, current challenges)

                1:45 – 2:00 Resourcing a clinically valuable but poorly reimbursed skill set 

                2:00 – 2:30 discussion
