CTA Congenital Academy Conference Agenda
CCT imaging for surgical decision making in complex CHD
Sunday Sep 20: 1 – 4 pm. Workstation orientation: 20 cases
5 cases: coronary artery (AAOCA, ALCAPA, stenosis s/p ASO, KD, coronary fistula)
5 cases: biventricular circulation (TOF, TGA, s/p atrial/arterial switch, s/p Rastelli, CC-TGA)
5 cases: shunt lesions: (ASD, VSD, ductal dependent CHD)
5 cases: single ventricle (neonatal single V, s/p Norwood/Sano, s/p Glenn, s/p Fontan)
September 21-23rd
FORMAT: show complex CHD cases where CCT imaging helped in decision making. Cases presentation to include
-
clinical scenario ad prior diagnostics,
-
clinical indication for CT and details of acquisition
-
CT findings
-
Surgical decision-making discussion
-
post op course and/or imaging if available.
