Visa support:

In order to get the entry visa to Russia n Federation please urgently fill in the attached application form (enclosed) for aim tourist visa support and send us back with the scanned copy of your passport.

This kind of visa is a tourism visa for specific purposes such as attending the conferences, congresses, exhibitions and meetings. We offer a single entry invitation for the dates of stay in a hotel.

The issuing period: 1–2 working days.

Visa will be issued by the Russian Consulate for a period indicated in visa support documents.

Once you get your invitation from us (visa tourist voucher and hotel voucher (if required), you need to take these documents along with the following documents:

• valid travel passport (it must be valid no less than 6 months after the visa expiration date)
• two photos (of the applicant)
• health insurance
• consular fee

and visit Russian Consulate.

If you need the hotel voucher (from Park Inn Pulkovskaya) along with these documents within your event we can provide it. Please contact: ipodobreeva@ctogroup.ru

If you have booked the hotel independently please take your hotel voucher as well to the consulate.

 

You can apply for the visa at a Russian consulate either by yourself or through a local travel agent (for an extra fee).
