CONFIRMATION, INVOICE AND CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
  • Registration will be confirmed automatically per e-mail upon receipt of the completed registration for
  • Delegates will receive their invoice by email once the payment is received
  • The certificate of attendance can be available to download after the congress
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations concerning the registration fee must be presented in writing  to MCA Events SRL (luerti@mcascientificevents.eu)
  • Cancellation before May 24th, 2015: full refund less € 50,00 handling fee
  • After the above-mentioned deadline, no reimbursement can be claimed for cancellation

All approved refunds will be processed and issued 90 days after the Congress.
