You may not know it yet, but you are a dreamer!  All of us dream – every night – even if we don’t remember it.  But did you know that we also dream in the daytime?

Dreaming and creativity share the same neurological processing system.  If you’ve been in the shower and suddenly had a great idea, you were dipping into this cognitive powerhouse.

Learning to work with night dreams can help us to develop our creativity, as well as the ability to bring ideas to fruition. The skills used in working with dreams develop numerous leadership capacities such as learning to recognize patterns, getting ahead of trends, and being able to find the necessity to resolve a challenge or conflict.

This session with have an interactive component for you to try out some of these skills and do some awake dreaming.

Participants will learn:

  • An imagery exercise for clearing out the noise and tuning into our inner insights
  • Tools for breaking through a creative block that can be used individually or with a team
  • How to remember your night dreams, and a few tips on how that can develop your creativity
