The Power Seat!
Own the Room with Confidence and Assertive Communication
Imagine stepping into any room and knowing you belong there. Speaking up—and being heard—not because you raised your voice, but because you raised your presence. Where your words carry weight, your confidence feels unshakable, and your leadership flows with clarity and calm.
This is the new era of leadership—and it starts with The Power Seat.
Women leaders and business owners are constantly told to “own the room” or “speak with confidence”—but no one hands us the tools to do it with authenticity and strength. That’s where Cherron Castillo, Owner & Chief Seed Sower of The Power Seat, steps in to shift the narrative.
With her empowering and practical approach, Cherron teaches you how to communicate assertively, lead conversations with intention, and dismantle imposter syndrome at the root. This is not about faking confidence—it’s about becoming it.
You’ll learn the inner work and outer strategies to sit in your power—without shrinking, overexplaining, or apologizing for taking up space. It’s time to stop second-guessing and start leading with conviction.
This is an empowering, interactive, and deeply transformative session that will equip you with real-world tools you can use immediately. You’ll walk out standing taller, speaking stronger, and showing up in every room like you own it—because you do.
Are you ready to step into your power, own your voice, and lead unapologetically? Let’s reclaim the seat that was always yours.
Takeaways:
- A quick confidence-reset tool for when imposter thoughts creep in
- The difference between passive, aggressive, and assertive communication—and how to stay in your power
