What is Table Topics?
Table Topics is an event on the second Tuesday of the month that
features networking and a keynote speaker. It's offered in person on the third floor
of the WBCS office building (5605 N. MacArthur Blvd Irving, TX 75038) and
virtually via Zoom Meeting.


For those attending in person, lunch is provided.
For those attending virtually, there is an online facilitator.

All who register for the event will receive the presentation recording.

Michelle Jolivet

Michelle is the Founder and President of DEI Recruiting and Consulting, a firm dedicated to promoting workforce diversity and inclusion. Her company partners with organizations to enhance their ability to attract and retain top talent through inclusive practices. Diversity drives innovation, profitability, retention, and brand identity. However, businesses often struggle to find and hire diverse candidates. At DEI Recruiting and Consulting, our mission is to partner with organizations in the creation of a diverse workforce that mirrors the community they serve.  

Michelle has PHR (Professional Human Resource) certification and partners with small businesses on fractional HR (part-time HR help.) With over 30 years in leadership roles, including Director positions in Fortune 500 companies, Michelle's expertise is backed by degrees in Communication and Business, as well as certifications from Cornell University in Diversity and Inclusion, PHR certification, and Lean Six Sigma. As a renowned speaker, Michelle has addressed DE&I topics at major conferences and various organizations, advocating for the creation of inclusive cultures.  A decorated US Air Force veteran, she has received several accolades, including the Levitow Leadership Award. Michelle's engaging presentations inspire positive change and promote inclusive workplace cultures. She is also the author of the upcoming book, "Is DEI Dead? Creating Inclusive Organizations," which provides actionable insights and strategies for fostering truly inclusive environments in today's complex business landscape.

This event is open to everyone.

Offered in person and virtually, there are several admission options to meet your needs.
The deadline to register for in person attendance at the early bird rate is Monday, April 7 at 3:00pm CST. 
After that, on-site registration is available for a higher fee.
Registration for virtual attendance is available until the minute before the event begins.


What If I Register and Can’t Attend?

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All sales are final. In the event that the registrant can no longer attend, the unused registration is considered a donation to the Council.

Substitutions Welcome
If you have a conflict arise and can’t attend the event, another person may attend in your place at no charge.

Substitutions may be submitted in two ways:
1. via the link and reference # that are provided in your confirmation email
2. via email request to WBCS Senior Director of Programs, Elizabeth Garner
