Exhibition - CCMTA Annual Meeting 2014

General Exhibitor Information

Standard booth size is 8’ x 10’, and includes:

  • Pipe and Drape (back and side walls)
  • Security when exhibition is closed
  • 25-word company profile in CCMTA’s Annual Meeting Program
  • 1 complimentary delegate registration

In addition, this year CCMTA will be offering a limited number of custom booths reserved specifically for vehicle manufacturers who wish to display vehicle technologies onsite. These booths are larger, vary in size, and are strategically located within the event venue to maximize exposure. Please refer to the floor plan attached for specific locations.

Cost:

Standard 8’ x 10’ Booth                                                         $1500 for Government members and Associates;
$2000 for all others
Custom Booth or Space

Arrangements for additional items (e.g. electricity, tables, chairs, internet, audio visual) will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.

For space to be assigned, full payment must be received. The Show Services Guide will be sent once payment is received.

Applications will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, after which a priority list will be established. CCMTA reserves the right to refuse an application at any time.
