| Deborah Nitka PMP, CSM, CIPP/US, CDPSE Senior Manager CohnReznick Deborah Nitka is a senior manager with CohnReznick’s Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice and leads the firm’s privacy services. She has expertise in the areas of large-scale transformations, program management, operations, data governance and management, IT audit, cybersecurity strategy, and privacy program design and implementation. Prior to joining CohnReznick, Deborah served as Chief of Staff for Business Systems Delivery (BSD) at Moody’s. As part of her role, she oversaw the Enabling Technologies Council, workforce management, employee engagement, C-level/board communications, senior leadership annual planning, and business intelligence analytics and reporting. Additionally, she served as program manager for international IT operations, responsible for the development of process mapping, data validation, financial analysis, and risk management. Before joining Moody’s, Deborah led client delivery management for insurance and consumer packaged goods at Marketshare/Neustar, where she developed and operationalized the strategy for the Customer Success Group, transforming standard delivery with a focus on people, process, and technology to enable better delivery for clients. Her clients included eight of the current Forbes Top 50 public companies. Previous to Marketshare/Neustar, Deborah served as director of Global Projects & Product Management at a consumer goods manufacturing company. Deborah has been noted for her ability to deliver highly complex programs that have a multitude of stakeholders; translate technical needs into viable business strategies; and present and articulate transformation goals, operational results, and strategic results to executive management.
