2025 Annual Meetings – Boston Instagram Scavenger Hunt!

Get ready to explore, connect, and win! Join our Instagram contest during the 2025 Annual Meetings in Boston for your chance to score great prizes while capturing the best moments of the event.

How to Play:

  1. Set Your Profile to Public – We can only see your photos and stories if your account is public.
  2. Find & Snap – Use the list below as your photo checklist. Take a photo or create a story at the listed spots or doing the listed activities.
  3. Post & Tag – Post your photo or story on Instagram. Tag @AARSBL25 and use #AARSBL25 in your caption or comments.
  4. Check Your DMs – Winners will be contacted directly from the @AARSBL25 account.

  • Daily giveaways start Friday, November 21.

  4. New Connections, New Memories – Snap a selfie with a brand-new connection, favorite session author, presenter or panelist.
  5. History in Focus – Take a shot in front of a famous Boston landmark.
  6. Freedom Trail Fun – Spot the red brick trail in the city and capture it in your own creative way.
  7. It’s all about the Swag – Show us your Annual Meeting bags, lanyards, or your favorite exhibitor giveaway!
  8. Sponsor Spotlight – Visit a sponsor’s booth and show us your best smile with their display.
  9. Coffee Break Crew – Share a candid moment over coffee with colleagues.
  10. By the Water – Take a scenic shot along Boston Harbor or near the USS Constitution.
  11. Game On – Find the gaming booth in the Book Exhibits hall and snap a photo of a winning moment.
  12. Skyline Snapshot – Capture Boston’s skyline from your favorite vantage point.
