| Todd Stanson Founder Climb and Maintain
Todd has worked with people for over 30 years to help them fulfill their responsibilities and assist them on their
journey to become great leaders of themselves and others. He has experience as a people leader, consultant,
trainer, speaker, facilitator, and coach, supporting leaders at all levels, from boards and executives to
individual contributors.
He has served as general auditor in the energy industry, a professional services market practice leader, as well
as a leader of ethics, enterprise risk management, and internal consulting. Todd is a Certified Internal Auditor,
ICF Professional Certified Coach, and Certified ScrumMaster.
Todd has presented leadership, change, and governance topics to audiences around the world, including
boards, Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) chapters, industry groups, and university students, at executive
roundtables, company events, and an IIA conference. Notable events include:
