ACCOMMODATION AND
REWARDS RULES

Qualifications are based on the achievements of Individual Distributorships and Distributors.
Qualifiers must be in good standing with Herbalife.

Vacation qualification and rules:

All Distributors will be responsible for making their own airfare reservations.
Four nights paid accommodations at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana from June 12–16, 2014.
Distributors are solely responsible for their incidental charges/expenses.
Herbalife will pay for the all-inclusive package, to include room, tax, food and beverage for up to two persons total for qualified Distributorship.
Herbalife has sole and absolute discretion to determine room assignments within the Herbalife room block.
Some hotel rooms can accommodate up to four (4) people max. If Distributors elect to bring additional guests, any additional costs associated with bringing the additional guest(s) will be the sole responsibility of the Distributor.
Distributors are solely responsible for any additional costs relating to room preferences, upgrades or changes. Upgrades and other special requests are subject to availability and associated costs must be paid by Distributors directly to the hotel upon checkout.
In the event the host hotel meets its capacity, Herbalife has sole and absolute discretion to book qualified Distributors into alternate locations.
Additional rooms may be available for purchase if space permits. Herbalife does not guarantee or represent that there will be additional rooms available.
Distributors who qualify for paid accommodations must make all of their personal arrangements by registering online or through MyHerbalife.com, and must do so by May 12. 2014 via email at namregionalvacations@herbalife.com. com or via fax at 310-557-3972. Call-in bookings will not be accepted.
Distributors who qualify for this event may not bring a non-qualified Distributor(s) as a guest or a paying participant. Only qualified Distributors are allowed to attend this event.

Acquisition of valid passports, visas, proof of citizenship, and all other travel documents required for entry into the USA are the sole responsibility of the qualified Distributor; Herbalife accepts no liability in this regard and shall have none.
These rewards may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, traded or bartered and can only be used by the qualified Distributor.
Distributors who qualify, but do not attend the event (for any reason) shall forfeit their right to all rewards, including the $1,400 Royalty Override check payout.
Herbalife reserves the right to re-verify and re- validate Distributor qualifications up to and including the day of the event.
Distributors are solely responsible for any and all tax consequences associated with their rewards.
Should any of the volume required to qualify for this event and the associated rewards become the subject of a product repurchase request, Herbalife will deduct the costs and associated royalty override check payout for this event from the applicable repurchase amount.
Distributors are responsible for all guest hotel accommodations, meals, and all other expenses related to extracurricular activities sponsored by Herbalife.
Cancellation fee of $394 per night, per room will be charged to Distributors who cancel their reservation after June 1, 2014.
$750 Resort Credit will be issued per Distributorship. Credit has no cash value and can only be redeemed at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. Some restrictions may apply. Please refer to Resort Credit General Information for more information.
