Resort Credit General Information

Included with your reservation, you will receive a $750 room credit issued per distributorship. Credit has no cash value and can only be redeemed at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. Some restrictions may apply. See below where resort credit applies.

Spa & Beauty Salon	limited	Get away for a pleasantly, relaxing spa treatment and/or beauty salon services.This total limited amount is to be used for spa or salon, the same credits that go toward the spa are the same credits that can be used at the salon. Upgraded Wine Selection	unlimited	Premium wine list not available from room service menu.
Tours	unlimited	Not applicable to excursions provided by other operators. All services require reservation at least 24 hours prior to desired service. No refunds will apply in the event that a guest does not arrive for a scheduled service or tour. No shows are charged at full price. Tours departure times may change according to property and season. The only tours that will apply are: Dominican Country - $109 p/p Moon Rocker Adventure - $230 per vehicle. Zorbing - $59 p/p Trikke - $99 p/p Beach Horseback riding - $89 p/p Chill Out Catamaran - $250 p/p Snorkeling & Sharks - $149 p/p Segway Tour - $119 p/p Additional services within these tours may not be applicable toward this promotion. *Needs to be reserved with the vacation planner at least 24 hours before.
A champagne bottle at ORO night club	limited	Resort Credit may be used toward a bottle of Perrier Jouet Champagne served at the bar on any night except on nights with private events. Champagne bottle will be served at a table only with a reservation and agreeing to a minimum consumption amount. The ORO cover cannot be paid with Resort Credit. • Please stop by vacation planners on operation hours to obtain this voucher.
Rent a Car	unlimited	Resort Credits are applicable only to rental rate and only for the Compact Car Class at American International counter. Car Class upgrades may be available at the counter. Mandatory to purchase Liability Coverage and Collision Damage Waiver at the counter. • For reservations stop at the American International counter right in front of the market.
Rock Star Minigolf	unlimited	Play Like A Rock Star at the 18-hole world-class design of the Rock Star Minigolf course that promises to deliver a fun and exciting miniature golf challenge for everyone! A SERVICE FEE OF 20% WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RESORT CREDIT ITEMS AND SERVICES.

These service fees can be paid only with cash, credit card or other authorized means.

There is no cash reimbursement if not used. The allowance is non-transferable to other rooms or guests, non-accumulative, is not combinable with any discount or any other promotion and cannot be accrued for future stays. No refunds will apply in the event of a no show or late cancellation. All these options are subject to space and availability.
