It is our pleasure to take care of your SVS-sponsored meals, entertainment, and lodging.  Hotel reservation will be made under the name used in your conference registration. You will be responsible for all of your transportation to and from the conference.

Your hotel will be covered from Saturday, March 29th and checking out on Wednesday, April 2nd.

If you would like to extend your stay, we have a hotel rate of $209 per night, plus fees, two days prior and two days after the event.

Please note: Hotel reservations are non-refundable after March 7th.
