We are delighted you are planning to join us for The Business Travel People Awards 2025. The event takes place at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms on the evening of Tuesday 30th September, 2025.

Early bird cost is £250+vat per ticket with reserved tables of 9 £2,250+vat. Ticket price includes welcome drinks reception, ceremony and three course dinner with wine or alcohol free alternative, water and coffee.

The awards ceremony will be a relaxed, evening event allowing attendees to network and catch up with colleagues and friends.

There will be a welcome reception at 6pm with complimentary drinks followed by a three course seated meal and ceremony. Post ceremony we will have music and more networking to continue celebrating the incredible people of our industry.
