HOW TO USE THE SYMPOSIUM APP
The Symposium App helps Symposium delegates interact and connect with other attendees and exhibitors like never before.
Download the Symposium app
Before the conference, all delegates will receive an email with a three-step guide on how to download the app to your smartphone, tablet or laptop, and your login details. In just a few clicks you will be able to:
• Access the up-to-the-minute schedule, speaker biographies, and other information on the event
• View and download presentations shortly after the end of each session
• Submit questions directly to the panellists before, during and after sessions
• Connect directly with other delegates and exhibitors via the built-in messaging system
• Participate in multiple-choice polling and give feedback
• Upload your photos of the event and view other delegates' photos.
Features
Schedule: Listing of scheduled sessions and events with detailed overviews. Navigate between days, search by session title and access speaker profiles.
Speakers: List of speakers in alphabetical order, biographies and photos, email, phone number. Search by name or company, and access speaker sessions.
Delegates: Search or scroll through the attendee list to locate other attendees' details. Search by name and company; contact them via Messaging option.
Presentations: Presentations will be available after every session. Scroll through a list of available presentations and view them in a document viewer. All documents can be downloaded to the attendee's mobile device. You can select your favourite presentations and save them in "My Briefcase" for future use, or forward them to your PC.
Exhibition Map: Search for exhibitors to view detailed exhibitor information and pinpoint their location on the exhibition floor map.
Exhibitors: Logos, descriptions and contact information in a scrollable list of all our exhibitors.
Sponsors: Logos, descriptions and contact information in a scrollable list of all our sponsors.
Messaging: Contact other event participants and receive messages.
My Profile: Default is set to allow receiving messages. If you want to display your email and phone number which was provided for the registration form, it has to be manually activated.
Please select ON if you want to be contacted via your email address and phone number.
Information: Useful information about all Symposium event operations, transport, venues, information about London, recommended restaurants and venue map.
Venues: Addresses, directions and map locations of venues.
City Guide: A guide to restaurants, attractions, nightlife and shopping in London.
Session Q&A: Submit questions about the subject that you are most interested in and to the speaker you want.
Polls: Participate in polls and give your opinion on the presentations and discussion topics.
Feedback: WNA would like to hear your opinion and feedback.
My Briefcase: Save your favourite presentations/documents for future reference and email the list for download on your PCs.
Photos: Photos from our official photographer and from you. Upload your photos to share with other app users.

Note:
1. Given the nature of mobile platforms and operating systems, the user experience may vary
depending on the combination of device type and OS.
2. The Blackberry app requires an SD memory card to be installed on the mobile device in
order to run.
3. Although not officially supported, it is possible to use the Mobile web on your desktop/laptop Mac or PC using Chrome, Firefox or Safari. If you have the latest version of Internet Explorer and turn on Compatibility View it may also work.
