Sponsorship Benefits:
Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- One (1) session presentation slot (while available) within the program tracks being offered
- One (1) complimentary speaker registration
- Recognition of each sponsor in Conference advertising materials, as well as, Conference event signage and promotional materials
- Display of your easel signs or other signage in exhibit area
- Exhibitor space
- One 6’ skirted folding table and two chairs (however, you can bring your own booth/skirt)
- Access to one electrical outlet
- Wireless access for one device
- Pre-Conference registration list (name and company only)
- Post-Conference electronic copy of the attendee list (name, title, company)
- Opportunity to speak at a monthly virtual event for 1-2 CPE hours, marketed towards our local IIA San Antonio and (potentially) IIA Austin members.

- Full page color portrait advertisement for your organization in the digital Conference program
- Four complimentary registrations to attend the 2025 Conference ($1,200 value) for unrestricted use (e.g., non-members, guests, or clients)
Gold Level Sponsorship - $1,750
- Logo and naming in the Gold Level section of the digital Conference program
- Two complimentary registrations to attend the 2025 Conference ($600 value) for unrestricted use (e.g., non-members, guests, or clients)
General sponsors will receive the following benefits:
General Level Sponsorship - Donation (Suggested $500) - If intrested, please get in touch with us about invoicing.
- Digital Presence: The digital conference program will display your organization's name and logo.
- Marketing Opportunity: We will have a general sponsor table in the conference networking area, where your marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, or promotional items, will be displayed.
- Acknowledgment: Included in conference opening remarks as a sponsor and included in a slide show shown throughout the conference.
