Why Exhibit? The Career Education Convention is the largest event in the postsecondary career education sector. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with leaders in the sector. We have planned several food and beverage functions that will take place in the exhibit hall to maximize foot traffic and opportunities to actively engage with attendees.

Booth Sizes: Through this exhibitor registration site you will be able to book a Kiosk booth, a standard 10x10 booth, or a premium 10x10 booth. Insurance: We require every exhibitor to include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition, every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before May 1, 2025: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000. Exhibitor Insurance for the Convention is available through Rainprotection Insurance. For detailed coverage information and pricing visit click the Convention website.

Exhibitor Registration Dates

Exhibit Booth Rates: To view exhibit booth rates, please visit the Convention website. Please note that these rates do not apply to Allied Champion or certain Allied Advocate members. 

Cancellations and Refunds: Exhibiting companies will receive a one week grace period to cancel without fee. One week after registering, exhibiting companies who decide to cancel will incur a 30% administration cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellation after April 30, 2025. In the event that the meeting is canceled, all registrations and exhibit fees will be refunded or adjusted to account for a virtual event.

Payments: All booth payments are due to CECU no later than 60 days after booth registration unless a new timeline has been agreed upon by parties. Checks can be mailed to 1530 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1050, Arlington, VA 22209. Please call 571-800-6521 for credit card payments.
