Insurance: We require every exhibitor to include CECU as “additionally insured” on their policy. In addition, every exhibiting company must carry the following coverage and provide a certificate of insurance on or before May 1, 2025: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000. Exhibitor Registration Dates

Exhibit Booth Rates: To view exhibit booth rates, please visit the Convention website. Please note that these rates do not apply to Allied Champion or certain Allied Advocate members. 

Cancellations and Refunds: Exhibiting companies will receive a one week grace period to cancel without fee. One week after registering, exhibiting companies who decide to cancel will incur a 30% administration cancellation fee. No refund will be made for cancellation after April 30, 2025. In the event that the meeting is canceled, all registrations and exhibit fees will be refunded or adjusted to account for a virtual event.
