Jennifer James is a renowned business strategist, speaker, investor, and educator committed to transforming the consumer landscape with a focus on Black-founded products. As the founder of StrategyHous, she excels in connecting influential figures with innovative products, amplifying brands, and driving lasting impact. Recognizing market gaps and opportunities in joint ventures and capital projects, Jennifer's work fosters economic empowerment and increased visibility in the industry.

Jennifer is also an adjunct professor at Texas Christian University, teaching senior-level Strategic Management courses at the Neeley School of Business. Juliet is Texas CPA with over sixteen years of public accounting experience, and the President/Owner of JJ Williams PC (JJW). JJW is a certified, women-owned, small business CPA firm that provides audit support, consulting, and bookkeeping services to a variety of clients, with an industry focus in government, higher education, and not-for-profit entities. Juliet ensures an efficient and effective audit, by providing direct supervision of the audit staff, communicating results of the audit and feedback to engagement team and providing open communication with client management throughout the engagement. For small businesses and nonprofits with limited time and accounting expertise, JJW provides Fractional CFO, bookkeeper and accountant services, and expert financial management. Professional qualifications and memberships
Juliet is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the Dallas CPA Society. She is also the immediate past Treasurer for the DFW Chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants, and a member of the President’s Council of the Dallas Alliance of Black Accountants.

Education
Juliet earned a Master of Science and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX.
