How Our Brain Works to Keep Us Safe - Not Successful, Why You Should Care, and What to Do About It!
row-start col-md-5 standard-section content-section left-column
row-end col-md-7 right-column

In this session, you will discover how understanding yourself, is the key to becoming the successful business owner, leader, woman, or man you aspire to be. We will explore how the short stories in your life have programmed your brain’s primal responses, and how this programming is hindering your personal success. But, it doesn’t stop there. It impacts our relationships, our efforts, our focus, our teams, our career, our business. Unfortunately, for the majority of us that spend 65% of our day reacting, we may not even know it’s happening! Don’t let this be your reality! As you understand “why” this is happening, you’ll also discover a 3-word framework and a 1-word tool that is guaranteed to help you move from reactive cycles into a super-charged, proactive, responsive life.

Key Takeaways:

  • Recognize and address sabotaging behaviors that impact your success.
  • Understand the brain’s response to stress and how it hinders success.
  • Recognize your triggers, interrupt the cycles, and learn how to prevent your emotional brain from taking over.

You’ll leave smiling, understanding yourself a bit better, extending yourself some grace, and with tools that help you gain resilience, assertiveness, empowerment, and most of all, extend empathy and insight to others.
