With over 25 years of experience, Kim Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge in project management, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and technological advancements to Cardinal Strategies. She provides strategic leadership for Cardinal's future success, along with ensuring that Cardinal Strategies stays informed of and in compliance with all state and national guidelines. She serves on the board of the South Central Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA) and is a member of the Texas Floodplain Management Association (TFMA). Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.

Ebbah Realzola, President & CEO of MEXZIM Corporation, has over twenty-five years of diverse business management experience. Her expertise spans across various domains including accounting, finance, technology, sales, marketing, public relations, and more. Her dedication to fostering better and more sustainable living and working environments was a driving force behind the establishment of MEXZIM Corporation, a general contractor known for its specialization in commercial construction interior finish-out services.

Julie Strong grew up in the construction industry, and has spent her 30 year career working in both field and office operations.  For the last 10 years, she has been focused on bridging the gap between field and office operations with technology.  She is passionate about people and processes, and as the CEO of C1S Group, Inc., she gets to work with both every day.   Julie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and her MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.  She currently serves on the executive committee of the TEXO board, and in her free time, she enjoys running, snow skiing, and traveling with her husband, Matt, and their 2 teenage sons, Jack and Sam.

Stephanie brings over 25 years of consistent and successful managerial and entrepreneurial skills to the heavy civil construction industry. After almost a decade working within a small tunnel design firm, she realized the distinct industry challenge presented by diversity procurement requirements. At this time Stephanie created a solution, and started her own company to offer quality services and products. By employing highly skilled professionals and teaming with top-tier companies, she has developed two business units within Underground Support Services, professional services and materials supply. Both arms are DBE/WBE/SBE certified. Stephanie excels in working with geographically dispersed clients and multi-disciplined teams through positive communication, focusing on client goals, and extreme attention to detail. One industry old-timer describes her as a "fireball," which she takes as a great compliment!
