The 2025 FUSION Conference offers an incredible opportunity for young leaders in agriculture to build the skills and the network to be successful in agriculture. Farm Bureau has been partnering with the National Society for Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) to ensure all voices in agriculture are represented in our programming. 

In partnership with CoBank, AFBF coordinates the Farm Bureau Fellowship Program, which provides 15 collegiate MANRRS members with Farm Bureau membership for one year and an expense-paid trip to the FUSION Conference. At FUSION, fellows gain skills and knowledge to apply to MANRRS chapters and careers, network with young farmers, ranchers and agriculturalists from across the country and learn from industry leaders about emerging issues in production agriculture.
