Presented by Collette Portis, CEO of RED Development Group, this dynamic and insightful workshop is for businesses seeking to increase their capacity to obtain and serve government and corporate contracts. This concise yet powerful workshop delves into the crucial art of enhancing organizational capabilities.

We'll begin with an operational assessment that provides a snapshot of how your organization is performing. Portis will guide you through answering each question of the assessment, so you can receive personalized results immediately. Portis will then help you understand your results and provide practical strategies to fortify skills, knowledge, and infrastructure, enabling your company to tackle larger contracts and unlock new revenue streams.

With real-world examples and actionable tips, this workshop empowers entrepreneurs and business leaders to transform their teams into high-performing, adaptable units. As an established and growing enterprise, this workshop illuminates the path to expansion and prosperity by harnessing the often-overlooked potential within your organization. Unleash your capacity, secure bigger contracts, and elevate your revenue with this invaluable resource.
