PRICE DESCRIPTION

• $599 per person before February 15, 2014
• $799 per person after February 15, 2014

Pre-Conference Programs:

• Physician Pre-Conference Session: $129 per physician attendee

 

 

In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, MedAxiom will refund the registration fee in full but is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs you may incur.

Cancellation policy: All attendee cancellations on or before March 1, 2014 are subject to a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2014 are not eligible for refunds or transfers. Please contact us with questions.
